that often incorporates mindfulness training in therapy. This approach offers
an opportunity for couples to experiment with new ways of relating to each
other, so that they can make a conscious and mindful choice about the kind of
relationship they wish to create.
Regarding sex therapy, Eva’s
method involves assessing, educating, and treating couples using science based
techniques, exercises, and interventions that focus on improving difficulties
in functioning related to desire, arousal, orgasm and pain with intercourse for
both men and women. Research indicates
that this approach can be highly effective for those experiencing sexual
dysfunction and related distress.
